KiwiSystems

Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026

This is a draft written to reflect how KiwiSystems actually works. It is not legal advice. If members of the public beyond your own team will rely on this, have it reviewed by a qualified professional for your jurisdiction — particularly the liability and governing-law sections — before publishing it as final.

Using the service

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use KiwiSystems to:

AI-generated content

Responses, including code and images, are generated by third-party AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Content taught to the assistant by an administrator is provided as reference context to the AI and may still be paraphrased or altered by it. Don't rely on AI-generated output for decisions where accuracy is critical (medical, legal, financial, or safety-related) without independently verifying it.

Accounts and administrators

Administrators can view account details, reset passwords, add or remove users, configure the AI providers connected to this service, and edit what the assistant has been taught. By using an account on this service, you accept that admins have this level of access.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is, without guaranteed uptime. Features, models in use, and these terms may change over time as the service is developed further.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KiwiSystems is provided without warranties of any kind, and is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

Termination

An administrator may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.
